We have created a new identity for Kahls Kaffe and a new Ecommerce solution. The main purpose of this redesign was done to create a new design language and packaging that speaks exclusivity and craftsmanship.
Kahls is a family run business that’s been selling premium coffee since 1911. The brand has a well established history and knowledge when it comes to processing and roasting coffee, they value sustainable solutions and products to keep their environmental impact as low as possible. The put a lot of time and effort in maintaining and a high level of craftsmanship and personal experience.
With a wide range of products and a outdated visual communication these values creates confusion and does not reach the public or its intended target group.
To convey and communicate the level of quality and exclusivity Kahls represent, we have created a new visual identity, including a new system of names, a new design language that clearly represents each product giving them a higher level of recognition online and in stores. As Kahls is a B2B we developed a new Ecommerce solution, this was done to meet the growing demand for e-commerce and giving Kahls Kaffe the possibility of offering its premium products online and reaching a new and wider target group.
