Opportunities with Work Placement

A third of the duration of the course involves on-the-job learning (OJL). Higher Vocational Education courses are designed to combine a practical approach with advanced theoretical knowledge. In other words, on-the-job learning should not be just the traditional form of practical placement but entail active learning on-the-job, with problem-solving as part of a whole educational approach. Here you have the opportunity to test your knowledge in the real world of work. The business contacts you make during your OJL periods increase your chances of getting work directly after the course.

Host a Student

For you as an employer, OJL means an opportunity to test out and come into contact with potential future employees for periods of two to three months. If you are interested in hosting a student, call Laurence Autard de Bragard,+46(0)70-190 35 32 or register your interest here below. You are welcome to join and participate in Brobygrafiska Showcase OJL on Linkedin.

Work Placement Abroad

You can choose to do your work placement abroad. You can contact a company yourself or select one of the previous work placement companies in Norway, the Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Germany, the Netherlands, France, Greece, Australia, Vietnam or the United States for example. Funding for living expenses and travel is from the Erasmus project within Europe, or via of CSN and the SweFlex fund. Up until June 2016, we have an Erasmus project that provides funding for 43 students to do their work placements in Europe.
